Xurro started in 1996 at Chicago's Maxwell Street Flea Market, founded by Ramon Covarrubias and his wife with a mission to make the best churros.

Absolutely! We cater events both large and small. Our Xurro Truck can serve fresh churros at your event. Contact us for more details and pricing.

Yes, our churros are 100% vegan and fried in vegetable shortening—no lard or animal products used.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do! For orders over 100 churros, the price is $1.00 per churro. Perfect for large gatherings or events.
What’s the minimum cost to book the Xurro truck?
The minimum order to book the Xurro Truck is $900, with a travel fee of $200 within 50 miles of Chicago. Full payment is required to reserve the truck.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase gift cards in-store with a minimum amount of $10, perfect for sharing the Xurro love.
How far in advance should I place my order for large events?
For large events or orders over 100 churros, please place your order at least one day in advance to ensure availability and prompt service.
